Pre order information

Before you place an order, if you are unsure or need to know further information regarding any products for sale on this web site, please ask. Please check parts specification page for information on the part. By placing an order confirms the suitablity and use. Most Fatboy products are aged when order is placed so please allow up to 7 - 10 working days before delivery. I can only post out on 1 day a week (Thursday) unless work load allows!      

       Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on this website are shown in UK pounds     sterling and are subject to change. They do not include delivery charges which are payable in addition. These are shown on the Postage Information page to the left. 

    Delivery/Return

Delivery will be made to the address provided by you. If any products are damaged upon receipt you must notify Fatboy Guitars within 48 hours by email to fatboyguitars@btinternet.com  All return items must be returned to Fatboy Guitars, 6 Mimosa Close, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO305FF, UK at cost to customer by recorded post in a "jiffy bag". Replacement part will be sent upon receipt of returned part provided there has been no alterations and the parts have not been installed or modified.  A re-stocking charge of 10% will be charged.
